Maybe Java is too Up to date. But it would be nice if you could paste Your Log to pastebin so the guys who want to answer the question can have a look at it to see if there are errors. The log cann be found in: use Windowsbutton+R on your keybord then enter %appdata% and press retrn or enter however you call it . Then go to .technic->modpacks->(The modpack that crashes)->logs and attach the latest log or paste it to pastebin and send the link An other (maybe better) solution would be to go to: Launcher-Settings (Top right corner if you don't know)->Java Settings and set the RAM to 2GB if you are on a 4GB Ram Computer. You should always leave about 2GB of RAM for Windows-processes. But select the right Java Version. in my case it would be "1.7.0_65 64-Bit" Also try typing this into the Java Args: -XX:MaxPermSize=512M (it may be a non caps m) if that doesn't work please consider adding the log to your post Hope i can Help

Did you migrate your account to Mojang? If Yes, then use your E-Mail as the username and check if you spelled your E-Mail right. If no, it would be nice if you could paste your log to pastebin and send the link here so I or anyone else who wants to answer this question can review it to look, if there are any errors. Minecraft is programmed in Java. Java is not Resource friendly It's the coplete opposite . This means that you have to wait. ​This is because there are no errors. Just restart the launcher, start one pack and wait. You have to be patient. When i used Resonant Rise From the ATLauncher i had to wait 10 Minutes after I launched The Pack the first time. I hope i helped If you wait more than 15 Minutes, tell me.

Hello guys, I have created a Modpack and it worked fine but as i lastly updatet it the download of my pack did never work again. I Always get the error that the download of the file doesn't work. The console only says "started download of (link) with 3 tries remaining" Then the download starts again nd the console says "started download of (link) with 2 tries remaining" No Error or anything. Well in the Console at least. The launcher says Error downloading a file for the following pack: ViOs Official Pack.(translated it from german) Failed to download https://www.dropbox.com/s/41ofl0e1b2c9gkx/VO Modpack Version 1.2.zip?dl=1 Please Contact the Modpack Author (I am the owner fyi) I even turned the firewall off and my Antivirus. I Also installed the launcher again. I even Reuploaded the pack to dropbox and got a new Link but nothing works.
