My friend and I are attempting to play Technic Classic. I have the game running and the server available, however, he cannot. His client side is broken and the installer at first would not even let him download. When it would ask him if he wanted to install, it acted as a .png or a .jpeg file. It displayed the information, but did not allow him to click anything. So I thought that we would bypass that by me giving him my .technic file in my %appdata% folder. This worked to an extent. It now allowed the launcher to open, but we still have the remaining problem of the launcher acting as a picture instead of an .exe. I recorded him moving it around and clicking the launcher multiple times to show that it is not working. We've uninstalled and reinstalled java multiple times and all antiviruses have been removed. Please help
