Yes I deleted both of them

i restored the files but the launcher still doesn't work

I have tried using the download link you advised and still nothing. no files are created or the launcher wont launch

When clearing out junk i deleted the .techniclauncher files and when i tried to run the new technic laucher it doesn't do anything. i have tried running it and leaving it for 30 minutes and nothing happens and i also did the same with the run using administrator and still nothing happened.
