I have this very same issue, and it's very annoying. At first I thought it was server-side, but simply logging out and in (using some time in between, of course) also triggers this. So it is client-side. This is so annoying, as I have to manually place every piece of wire and machinery every time I log back in. -__- Hope someone finds a fix for this soon!
