There will be a file called "servers.dat" in the modpack directory, simply include that inside the modpack download and the server will appear automatically. Note, if you hosting it locally you will need to change the address to the external ip address for other players to join, if the server is hosted elsewhere, like creeperhost or whatever then keep the ip as it is

As far as the pack goes its you standard decent pack with lots, and I mean LOTS of mods. The server, at least the old one, was also pretty decent, the best part of it was the fact that there wasn't any bs rules, donor ranks or banned items that made it feel like you were playing an ubisoft game. Defs can't wait for the new server to come out the 24th, keep up the good work

On the modpacks technic page in the top right there is the "Install This Modpack" button, click that and copy the link

Did you fix the issue yourself? It installed just fine for me
