Ive spent 6 hours on this and It still doesn't work! Can someone please configure my pack properly then send it to me to upload?

What!?! When I download it I just get the required files! It must be because I'm on a mac and using the default file compressor. Should I download a different file compressor?

My mod pack is in 1.7.10 I have worked hard using tutorials and forums to get it to launch but when it launches it's in vanilla Minecraft! There are no mods and no mod button. You can download my server file here https://www.dropbox.com/s/trhctw2cexy53mk/modpack.zip?dl=1 for some reason you have to wait 5 seconds before you can download it.
