Hoppean Snek

https://www.technicpack.net/modpack/fossils-and-archeology-pts.834008 this is the first one I tried, I also tried Hexxit and Vanilla and a similar thing happened both times

So I wanted to play the Fossils archaeology official pack, I tried to install it. It goes up to 38% and then just stops loading, and eventually cancels altogether. so I tried to launch other modpacks and even vanilla but a similar thing happens I updated java to 64 bit and i have 8 GB of Ram and I have allowed the launcher 2 GB I have taken down the firewall for Java, What should I do
