I am trying to make a server with factions but every time i do it it doesnt generate configs and doesnt give error logs can someone post how?

Tekkit with duncan on youtube he is great and shows tons of stuff about tekkit

The server has a less than 1 rep so that should say alot. I have disputed it on mcbans it it should be resolved but i dont know, and i have never been banned on a tekkit server or a server I love, and I admit to grefing on rice think.net but i did not know about the rule until i was banned and I have been hacked twice so i dont know about the others.
