  1. Just gonna leave these banned items here, for anyone else who wouldn't want to join a server with this many items banned..
  2. Re: JWL Gaming Tekkit [3.0.3] [Website] [24/7] [Towny] [Jobs] Just thought I would warn you guys, a guy by the name of richy is corrupting players player.dat files due to the fact that he has the ability to use some EE elements that spawn the black balls which contain items (forgot the name), and he is getting players to TP to him to corrupt their .dat files. Don't know where he got his rank from, but it shouldn't be there. I just happened to be unlucky enough to fall for his tricks. EDIT: It was indeed a giant misundestanding. Apparently richy was just showing people the use the the dark matter hammer, which apparently makes those black balls when used, and when showing people how the black balls worked, he un-intentionally crashed them.
  3. When I opened this thread, I had not expected such horrors! NEI, of all things! I expected him to be asking how to disable EE or something. But anyhow, mods like NEI and Rei's minimap are client-side mods, meaning they work mostly from the client(the player joining), basically meaning you can't completely disable them unless the mods actually have coding that allows the server owner to do so.
  4. So, recently, I've noticed that some of the characters featured in side-bar advertisements are wearing less and less clothes. Anyone else noticed this, or am I the only one who glances at the side-bar advertisements on web pages? I don't really have a compairson to compare this to, but check out this image I just recently found in the side-bar of the technic pack forums: I mean, I don't really mind it, but seriously, for some reason that seems like a much lesser amount of clothes than what I normally see in side-bar ads for things like games. Thoughts?
  5. God, I am such a idiot. I was trying it on the 32-bit versions of the browsers when I had 64-bit Java installed. I fired it up on a 64-bit browser and it worked perfectly fine. Sorry for my idiocy *facepalm*.
  6. Hello all. Recently, I've been attempting to use the the site talonfiremage to help with the creation of IC2 nuclear reactor set-ups, but for some odd reason it redirects me to the Java download page. Here's where I'm attempting to reach: www.talonfiremage.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/reactorplanner.html And I'm reaching about... right here: http://java.com/en/download/ie_manual.jsp?host=java.com&returnPage=http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/reactorplanner.html&locale=en-us Weird right? The weirder thing is that I recently as well checked a post in Encyclopedia Technica about nuclear reactor stats and setups, and according to the most recent post, people have been creating nuclear reactor setups fine using this site since May 23rd. I attempted to google the issue, only to be met with, no solution whatsoever. Nomatter what link to that specific site I try, I always end up at the Java download page. I've tried using two browsers as well. Internet Explorer 9 and Mozilla Firefox. Each had the same issue, except firefox re-directed me to the Java download page more directly. I even did the un-thinkable, I searched the Technic Forums. *GASP* Anyone else having this issue with this specific website? Did this issue start appearing recently?
