Ya i never fucking broke 1 block if you call grief talking on teamspeak about other players asking for admins and bad staff then your a Fucktard server owner. not even smart enough to make a name tag Owner beside your name or Dev. You got any proof i Griefed logs pictures video no you don't you banned me cause i said you had a bad staff. You don't have any reason to ban me other then hate Mother Fucker.
What i find really funny about this, is that you have basicaly just showed that you are not a respectable person and you truly dont understand the main rule about running a community. Respect. Why would I even need to make a tag next to my name? What i do literally has nothing to do with you, and everyone has their own opinion, What amases me is that you are just so unrespectable and its obv with your bad mouthing that you would grief any server. However i dont believe in influencing others servers. Its obv that truly you are actaully bothered about your ban, so why even grief in the first place? Just drop it, your just making your appearence worse for everyone else to see. Its people like that who we dont allow on the server, and the main reason you were banned. Just because your angry doesnt mean you have to take it out on a server. It shows what truly people who do that, are like.

Dude tell me this, i aint gonna make a big deal or an ass about it. But i did not greif. I was helping the guy out, because he had 2 low voltage solar panales and and the rest were high voltage, and i had 5 high voltage so i was trying to be nice and switch the two low ones for the two high ones, i was not greifing, I swear on my familys grave, I love your server becuase it has nice staff, and helpful players. I love helping your players. Just please just unbann me, I was just trying to be helpful to a fellow player that needed two more high voltage solar panales. Im Sorry mate ): I was just helping out
I am not the only admin on this server. I run the community and stavlor runs the server. Therefore you will still have to use a ban appeal on our fourmns. Its what we do, if you do that, and we believe you then you shall be unbanned. However if you dont then im afraid there is nothing i can do. I ask everyone else the same thing and im afraid i cant make an exception for only one member, sorry.

For when hawk posts on this fourmn page. I would like to note that he was one of the main griefes on the server tonight. So if he even decides to try and post saying this server is bad, apprently he has owned lots of servers. My quesiton.. what happened to thoose servers then? We have having a go at us because we wasnt doing enough to stop grief, when we are cracking down on it as we speak, and he was actaully one of the main people who actaully griefed. The reason i am posting this is because i would not like one persons opinon to actaully affect our server. We have full proof it was him, the only reason we are not sharing it is because we dont believe in sharing certain detials unless we really need to.

I was banned for stealing I didn't know I thought it was abandoned I will give back what I took and fix it I'm sorryYou need to do a ban appeal on our fourmns. The reasoning that you have should be fine to be unbanned as soon as a disucssion and the evidence has been looked at.

I apologise for any delay in the applications from now on, I will be on holiday for a week and if there is any downtime for the server, i dont have access to it. So i apologise in advance, Heres hoping no problems will get caused :)

A little important news. The server has been down a few times withen the past few days. We are working constantly to get rid of this issue, and only a small downtime should now be happeneing.
We have sorted out what is casuing corruption and sorting the downtime of the server. Therefore the server should now be more reliable and available for anyone to trust that there stuff will be safe.
In regards to baily burms
I will investigae the report. Thankyou for telling us, if you could please talk to me ingame and i will have a look for you!

Main post has been edited with new pictures after a map restart that we had to make.
This was in order to stop the lag we were having on the server from chunk loaders. This issue has now been dealt with and the server is running stronger and having less issues then before!

if this server didn't have ee enabled it might be a good server. but sadly the players are extremely defensive and everyone is either a complete noob or full red matter armor. if you really want to play an ee enabled server there are far better servers, and theres always single player if you plan to hammer craters around the world. of course i was only on for a little bit ranting my ass off about how bad ee is. and i can say from that small experience that the players get worked up far too easily and the staff ends up having to quiet them down before they can handle the problem. and as for ee itself i found 3 diamond setups within walking distance from spawn. wish i had screenshotted them before they banned me for "annoying players". overall i think its ee that ruins everything else for this server. remove it and i might actually feel bad about getting banned.
The reason we have EE enabled is because we dont feel that tekkit is tekkit without it. Alot of players on this server because of EE being enabled, resulting in the exact oppisite of what you are wanting.
Your opinion is totally valid and yes there maybe better servers out there. But you do have to remeber, we are about 6 days old. we have almost a full server every evening and hardly any complaints. Therefore your opinion is exactly what it says on the tin.
Other players might want this sort of server, others might not (like you) so please dont insult the server if its not the server for you. As for the paranoid and annoying members. Most members are only paranoid because of the grief that can happen with EE. We are finding ways of patching this and are slowly working on results in order to make the mod better for everyone.
I have thought about disableing EE but the playerbase we have now would disappear if we did so. Therefore i wont do it, because i care more about the players on the server then what one person has an opinion of over the server.

these admin are butt-holes i got on and toke diamond out of a chest in a partially destoried house and they take it from my inventory because the guy who made the diamond cheated in making it and so of course the idiots banned me after they toke the diamond and a full hearted f u to this server
Even if you steal out of a partially destoryed house, its classified as stealing.
What if that was a griefed house? and we fix the house and then you stole stuff from the player. Like i have stated to a few people on this thread. If you want to complain, why not actaully go about it the correct way and state your issue, maybe apologise.
Stealing is agasint our rules, and we ban people who steal from peoples chests. What i dont understand, is how is that a bad thing? It proves that we crack down on griefers and people who are just trying to break out rules and cheat their way through the game.
We support our rules and every server is different, the server has the right to ban you for any reason. But we dont, we ban you for breaking rules, which you did. So like i keep saying to everyone else, You trying to give the server a bad name, is coming back on you, your the one who griefed, and basically you have just proven that we crack down on griefers and dont tolerate people ruining the game for others
so thank you for this :)

Ok- this is the worst server i've ever been for. Imagine that i've been there for about 1/1.30 hours.
Reasons:
1. Inmature admins. They burn you with fire and they throw your stuff in fire, nobody believed me that an admin had a fire ring in his hand, well here are some screenshots:

Banning for nothing. I've destroyed one pipe... I replaced it and I said I am sorry, and they said "No, nemo, you griefed." And I got banned.
I recommend not going on this server anymore. Inmature admins results in a bad server.
For your information, they ARENT admins, If they were admins it would state they were admins.
You obv ethier cant read, or are just wanting to find an excuse to complain about the server because you griefed. We have full evidence of you breaking more then just a few pipes, and if they set you on fire, normally its because your a griefer and you deserve it.
So before you actaully accuse people of immaturaty and pretend that the server is bad because your a griefer. Please look back and reflect that actaully your the one griefing meaning that technically the only immature one is nowhere to be found.
Not having a go, just defending my server and proving that just because the actions of one guy on a server who is on a TRIAL for STAFF (not admin) doesnt afffect the decision of a whole server.
