You should be able to access the recipe in minecraft itself by searching for the item and clicking on it on the right side of your screen...it should pop up the recipe. In any sense, to make a reciever dish you need to have two components. A wireless transceiver (WT) and a stone bowl (SB), I abbreviated in parenthesis for the diagram below... Crafting table (x means leave empty) [WT] [ x ] [ x ] [ SB] [ x ] [ x ] [ x ] [ x ] [ x ] not much of a diagram but hopefully you get the jist of it.

I was also having issues with the Ender Storage mod. I basically removed the mod from the mod folder and removed the corresponding config file. Unfortunatly, I can no longer use the mod on the server but it runs error free. BTW, this was on a 3.1.2 server not a 3.1.1 like you have.

The plugin was not included that I could see. However, I downloaded the plugin and thus far it works perfectly within a single world. I haven't tried adding server to server gates so I am unsure about that part.
