You can use https://disk.yandex.com/ to host up to 10GB for free, and you use https://github.com/wldhx/yadisk-direct to get direct link (which works on technic) I forgot to add, the direct links are too long for technic, but you can use bit.ly to shorten them, and it will still work as a direct link.
