Technic = single player only. Some other mods here like thaumcraft Tekkit = multiplayer. Only avaiable multiplayer mods are used here. Tekkit is in the development mode atm - it means that it is being updated to the latest minecraft version (all mods need to be rewrited, etc) blah bla bla blah bla bla blah bla bla bla thank you for your attention

yes it was obvious for me and it works but i don't want to log into mc.net... i need the standalone version run with *.bat.

other question: what is the difference while launching the game through TL and normally with *.bat ?

the newest, both. Everything was freshly installed. My java: build 1.6.0_25-b06 Server is hosted on a Minecraft 1.1 buildcraft host. (files deleted and uploaded tekkit, on previous version everything was ok)

Sry for post under post but wanted to get it to first page... Installing latest version of forge gives me the "bad packet id 230" error but then installing the wireless redstone client does not solve the problem, any suggestions? E: Reinstalling ModLoaderMp gives again Forge error...

i have the same problem, posted few topics earlier in which you can post for help too not to spam to much with this kind of posts (lately many ppl got this problem) and what's weird is that through launcher it works :|

the only smp for Mo Creatures is for 1.8.1 ATM the author is working on MC 1.1 version of them (SMP). When he will finish - you can check the thread daily on mc forums, he'll post it Dunno what's with the other mod. In Tekkit these mods aren't added atm cause they are not compatible. :)

I'm having the "This server requires you to have Minecraft Forge installed." error on entering private server. Server is Tekkit from the site download also I'm trying to enter with Technic Launcher. When I enter through it it's ok but when I try to enter through bat file it throws that error. I am sure i have downloaded tekkit with the launcher. Could anyone please help me as I'm trying to figure it out for few hours already. E: and I searched this forum, and several other sites and nothing came helpful to my problem.
