Recently our server has been recieving problems some we can fix and toehrs we cant. One being that all non oped players cant talk once they log in. We have tried everything to fix this situation and we cant find a solution. We have the essentials.chat in our permissions but we do not contain plugin modifyworld or chatmanager. If you can find a solution to the problem please respond as soon so we can fix it. Thank you
