Is it me or is the server down?

In game name: iornfence Age: 13 Time playing Tekkit: almost 6 months Have you been banned: No Why would you like to play on this server: Industrial gaming hit the fan, and considering this server has a lot of the same players and similar gameplay/etc, It looked (and has proven) interesting.

Iornfence None EE, along with nukes, quantum, nano, etc Outlands are the only place where griefing is allowed, non-towny areas

I was building in SSP experimenting with some blocks, and I think I accidentially hit some button on my keyboard, and the entire NEI interface disappeared. I tried deleting the cache, checking button commands, everything, and I cant get it back. Can someone help?

I recently updated java myself, it seemed to help a little bit, but it still does it.

Launcher Version: 3.0.3 Operating System: windows 7 Java Version: java 7 Antivirus Program: Whenever I am playing one of my tekkit maps, about 5-10 minutes after being in game, my game freezes. When I eventually close it out and come back, it is all reverted back to the last map save, as if it crashed.
