  1. Its only going slow because we all have busy lives that take priority over the free texturing we do for the community. John Smith gets compensated for the time he spends texturing through adfly and donations. We do it free of charge in our spare time and seeing as Tekkit/Technic is so slow on updating, I was thinking of switching to working on support for just random small mods or improving support for others. Also take into consideration that there are huge changes to the big mods happening right now, so why would we waste our time texturing the older versions that 1/2 the textures or more won't even be in the newer one?
  2. I'm alive. School and work and a few other things have kept me really busy. I barely was able to update my personal pack for 1.4 let alone make anything new for support. There have been some others who stepped up and made a few things. I'll take a look at what I have new compared to the last release and try to get things gathered together this upcoming weekend. Maybe be able to post a small update before December? best place to watch for updates or re-uploads when the link breaks is here: http://dokucraftsc.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=officialtextures&action=display&thread=36 That's where I try to manage everything from. Sorry everyone! Its just that time of year when everyone is a lot more busy!
  3. We aren't releasing an actual pack. This is simply mod support. Download either the "Light" edition from here or create a custom version for personal use from our current customizer. If you use the customizer use the "Normal Download" button at the bottom, should avoid missing textures that way. Once you have the pack simply drag and drop the mod support into the main section of the pack zip, place in your texturepacks folder and start technic/tekkit.
  4. http://www.mediafire.com/?darlx8p45bnoqa0 try this link, I re-uploaded the zip, should work now.
  5. UPDATE: We've all been rather busy IRL lately, I know I haven't had much time between work, school, and homework to do much of anything texturing wise. I've barely had enough time to fix my item and terrain sheets for 1.4. Updates will be slow but also keep in mind that the mods are going through a lot of changes right now themselves so it makes it harder on us to try and keep up with the changes to all of the mods.
  6. if you are talking about when in your hand, its an issue with optifine and we just talked about it within the last 2 pages.
  7. For what reason are you re-compressing for? you should be able to move the file over, choose replace and close the jar without compressing. Also try updating to Java 7. It is 32x32 already. That is Dokucraft's default size.
  8. guys... we literally just covered this issue between the bottom of last page and the top of this page....
  9. there is nothing we can do about that. It is an issue with optifine and the way it renders HD textures. Korialstrasz posted the link to the fix for it. Just download and replace the itemrendererhd.class file in the modpack.jar and it should take care of the problem.
  10. well there are some things from the latest update of railcraft that I haven't finished along with many of the gui's so hopefully I will have those finished for next release.
  11. Hey everyone. We've been hard at work on continued support for the various mods. there are some things that are not textured yet so if you are finding something that isn't textured, then we probably haven't finished it or released it yet. If you notice any visual issues with something let us know so we can fix them. I saw someone mention the coke oven gui. That was something that was done from previous support so the Gui may have changed and I didn't notice. I'll be sure to get that fixed for the next release along with (hopefully) the rest of railcraft's missing textures.
