the maintenance has bern delayed because i was sick for the last couple of days, today was suppose to be the testing day. Then tomorrow the server was gonna come back online. I'm gonna try to get the server back online via tomorrow still, but may not b tell later tomorrow night.

@drevil179 if you look closely, not even close to all items are banned. Most of the items are repeated items for a different kind of ban. you need to read it and also they are only tekkit items not vanilla items, except for the spawn eggs. If you really knew tekkit you would know all the dupes and know that tekkit does not fully log with bukkit which causes for griefing. Most of these items are do to griefing. Not really for abuseing anymore do to the fact if you were following we got a new anti grief plugin which has spawn protection, so no abuseing just griefing and ability to ruin economy once i initiate economy. DON'T ONLY READ THE BUTTHURT PEOPLES POSTS THEN PRETEND LIKE YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. Learn more about bukkit and why each item is banned and make sure to read that its not even close to being all of tekkit disabled like some people want to say. First Read, Then Think, Then Post. Don't just copy and paste something without thinking or reading. Also once the server is out of maintenance actually join the server. As long as you are a legit player not trying to dupe or anything, you will find that you wont ever need just about none of the items on the list.

@lukeb28 There is a dupe glitch with the auto crafting tables thats why Also we are haveing a complete redo of permissions and the world setup. This means that we will have seperate world for trusted members from the noobies. This will also allow for us to have less banned items for the trusted members. The nooby worlds will not be watched over for griefing, inst the will just be reset once every week or 2 or wen massive griefing has happened. The new world layout will look something like so: Starter_Survival_World Starter_Builders_World Trusted_Survival_World Trusted_Builders_World Portal_World RPG_World TMAC The serperation will allow for more anti griefing while allowing us to give more features to people who are active and trusted. This will also atrract alot more people considering just being a starter you can build creatively. The new Ranks will be as followed: Starter - instead of Noob Normal_Builder - For signing up on the website, possibility of gaining ability to go to RPG_World Trusted_Builder - For becomeing trusted by the staff, showing that you dont grief. Gets the ability to build on the Trusted worlds. Portal_Builder - you get this by your chamber build request being accepted. This allows you to build chambers. Dont nessecarily need to be trusted for this. RPG_Builder- you get this by your RPG_World build request being accepted. This allos you to build mopre towns and quests in the RPG_World. Must be trusted to not be trying to complete quests via cheating with creative. Ultimate_Builder - Get the ability to build on TMAC Moderator - Have basic admin tools such as kkick mute and ban. Administrator - have all abilities on the server possible @moderngamer327 That is a temporary thing if it is an actual tekkit server with less banned items that wont be for long. They will see things that they need to ban over time and they will most likely catch up with our banned items list length, but if you do stay on the server and since you've been on the server for so long and i no you. You will automatically become a trusted member along with 20 other people, but you still need to sign up on website too. That will allow you to have the fewer banned items list, such as you will have rm tools, dm tools, quarries and turtles. There will still be some things banned such as nukes and anything with dfupeing capabilities. Only on survival worlds, the new banned items list will allow for the dupeing items to work on the creative worlds. The server is going through a massive transfermation. Ofc this means the server is whitelisted for maintenacne for about 3 days. Along with this the tekkit forum post is prolly going to go through an entire rewrite just about for all the new info.

@moderngamer327 There is a possiblility i can unban creepers, due to the explosives being banned on the surface thing. The frame motors currently are banned because you can use them and make them pretty much auto move into people areas so you dont have to actually build them in someones area and youo can add things to cause for it to damage, move, build or many other things to peoples trerritories. So basicly they dont log with bukkit, so they cant be unbanned. For the other things banned there is no possibility of them being unbanned. For multiple reasons. Mostly due to not logging through bukkkit. In the future, there can b an update with the plugins with better ports which allow logging through bukkit, but for now it doesnt log and can not be unbanned. Also alarms being banned prevents alot of people trying to be annoying and plus like sneaking in people houses would even do anything as long as you protect your areas. @lukeb28 Currently quarries should not work at all, due to the fact that buildcraft uses fake users and i had to disable the fake user due to a grief on the temp builders world. For the lava thing, you are suppose to be able to place it, but it wont flow into other peoples claims. I would need to no exactly what happens and what it says when you try to place lava in your claim so that i can figure out exactly which pluging can be currently doing it, since i currently got 3 plugins that can be behind that, the three are: Essentials, GriefPrevention, and ModifyWorld. You input will narrow it down and allow for a quicker and easier fix as I cant play much recently. So plz reply with more info. Keep in mind if you if you look at this LINK you will see they are doing a full build of buildcraft and industrial craft onto spout. The server will be moveing over to spout from tekkit most likely when those are done due to the fact that those will probably update alot faster than tekkit is updateing. The full fledged spout versions will have full bukkit logging since spout is all based off of bukkit. Spout is the next gen client where the users only need to download the client and the server can have any game modifying plugins on it (like buildcraft, industrialcraft) with out the users also needing to download the plugin client side like you had to do previously. Tekkit is a client with all those plugins built in thats why you dont need to download them individually, tekkit is the first public client to actually try to do this with major mods. Spout has been around for a long time with that ability the entire time, but the api for its been lacking untilrecently when they had a complete redone of bukkit, which allowed for more advanced api to make all these possible. THE FUTURE IS COMEING IN THE FORM OF SPOUT. Not spout based clients like tekkit. P.S. Sorry for not being on much i recently got the valve complete pack on steam and garrys mod and also been job searching. So havent had much time inbetween job searching and being addicted to the steam games. P.S.S. To people signing up on the website to get creative on the Temp_Builders world, i officially slowed down on adding people do to not being on much, griefing, and the fact i need to clean up the members list from people who i either banned or dont ever get on the server any more. The cleaning also includes redoing a big part of my permissions config files whie trying to setup a seperate users file for more organization. The approvals will continue once the clean up is finished. Also i am truly thinking about cleaning up worlds more where i will be getting rid of the nether and end for TMAC also getting rid of world and the end and nether for that and get them to stop auto loading onto the server to get extra room for a new creative world. The new creative world will be for the public and I WILL NOT BE FIXING OR BANNIN PEOPLE FOR GRIEFING ON IT. So you will have to pay attention to makeing sure you protect your stuff. The not takeing care of the griefing will cause for the world being reset once in a while, but that will allow for people to keep entertained, without needing approval and will cause for alot less griefing in the actual worlds like Temp_Builders. I may do the same for the survival world but keep the same for the free and add a new one for members. If this all does happen then it will cause for alot of items to be unbanned on the 2 non sign up worlds. I may also d something a little extra on the member worlds where everyone already member will be able to get on the members worlds while only people who donate will be able to get on the members worlds. That should stop just about all griefing on the important worlds. Give your inputs on the ideas.

im done repeating the truth, so you can go and argue as much as you want trying to prove it was non legitamate reason to banning you guys. i say wat i saw and wat i did, you say things from wat other people say that dont know there facts either. so you need to go back and try to remember the truth. i got better things to do today. thats startin here in 20 mins, so this really wil have to be my last post plus i still dont know why your trying to argue about unfairness and that you should be unbanned, that it sounds like is you know my server is good and that you want back on, wen most likely if i do uyn ban you are going to troll more, and grief, since from the sounds of things that you are massively butt hurt about a ban that was done due to you guys trolling and makeing "more than one person mad" do to so many people wanted you go right arougn 6. which is quiite a bit at the time since at that time we were only getting upwards of 10-12 people. you were voted out and ii got my resons to have done wat i did, and are now gone from the sever and goodbye for you not knowing facts and not knowing anything that happened at all ra5her then wat happened to you somewat.

@ike If you comp is that good there must being something else wrong because it would be lagginf for other people to not just you. @nozart 1)i never touched any kind of base of anyones. 2)i came at you with a red matter sword 3)can't empty armor with a clear inventory, gotta use /kill' 4)i killed geo wen i saw him with rm armor on again trying to spawn kill more 5)and as i said b4 i new you werent in creative, which includes god mode, since permissions werent set up, so go and get your facts right like geo need to.

i its actually at 3.5 gb of ram wen the reccomended is 3gb of ram for a tekkit server of 20 people, so i currently have plenty of ram for the amount of people on the server, especially since noone else is lagging on the server, i am stil getting compliments for haveing a lag free server on the server, may b you should try upgradeing your comp to run mc better because that was client side not server side. i already told you geo stop getting people mixed up i new you werent in creative, i dont have that permissions set up. that was aj mostly and i beleive fluff said something about it too. i never said you were in creative, never thought you were in creative, and knew you never would be able to get into creative. so learn your facts b4 trying to post something. if my grammer and short hand bug you why you stil bother on trying to argue your way back onto the server. gthats all you can come up with that wrong with me being an owner is my grammer because you know all my reasons for the bans were legitamate and cant come up with anything else thats wrong with me. so just stop trying. Done argueing, ban are gonna stick, i know they were all legitamaet reasons, and i was within my full rights to ban, so have fun being ban and just keep replying, it will just get me people not make me lose people. not everyone has /home some people just started or of such and didnt get the chance to set a /home, in matter wat pvp is enabled which means you can kill each other, but standing right by the spawn and killing them out of the spawn protection is definately considered Trolling, on top of that you were fucking with ajkesller, and were makeing the server an unfriedly environment, and yes he may have been getting out of controly withanger but you too didnt help trolling him, on top of that spamming the chat with that was before the accident stuff was pissing me off to through being pure annoying. You were just one of the biggest Troll boys i ever seen and Trolls always get fans. which then follw your legacy, which were geo and sp0nge.

pvp is enabled trolling isnt, POINT MADE, and @ike you are either a second account of either nozart, geo, sp0nge, or are a massive fanboy of them.

@Nozart, @ike4589, @adib: im a very nice owner and i keep the server balanced haveing people you spawn kill, abuseing armor and weapons. abuseing rings. all that stuff is very reasonable rights to ban so unfair unnice owner is very untrue i ban to keep people happy, haveing butt hurt people (which are the banned people) is all part of it, they dont follow rules they get banned, then they get butt hurt, and and wonder why they get banned. everyone on the server are all happy. the only people not happy aare literally the banned people. I do give warning by either kiling the people first or doing a warning kick like i did do to everyone i banned, geo, i multi killed him because he wanted to say i was abuseing my powers, so i went and showed him real abuse, since i wasnt abuseing in the first place. I have legitamate reasons to ban the people i did, and for this will prolly never be unbanned. then @adib specifically: i no very much so wat im doing. I do give warnings and stuff for people to stop and i have legitemate resons to ban people. Especially since the 3 people i banned in the first place were actually a voted ban after i warned them. So being a voted ban means the ban was keeping everyone happy in the server and was very fair, but its up to you if you want to not even try the server or not. and only reason they think i had no reason to ban them was because i dint put a reason after the /ban command, so it just says the ban hammer has spoken. No one should listen includeing you to butt hurt people, that dont follow the rules then whine wen they get banned.

BTW got your ip banned now so your pretty much perma ban, once iin a while i do unban people but once i put a ip ban on someone its a perma ban only people who have a possibility even though its a slight possibility is geo and sp0nge.

lol i love how badly you want back on the server, your banned i know what you did along with about 6 other witnesses, all also voted to ban you and the other 2 people. So stop trying to argue to get back on the server, lol. your proveing that my server is awesome because of you argueing to get back on when there are many other servers. your funny. P.S. Thank you for bumping my server post so much, your gaining more and more people joining, couple more days and the server will start becomeing full we are already upwards to 35 people at time, so thank you. theres a difference from pvp, legitlately, then spawn killing, then abuseing items, you guys were one of the reasons why so many items are now banned on the server, spawn killing, makeing world hole with rings and everything else, thats considered Griefing, and Trolling for the fact of spawn killing, so you were actually against the rules, go and read the rules and enjoy your ban. plus ther is no reason to want back on my server there are plenty of other servers. I no my server is good but damn you dont gotta bug to get back on it, that will just make it how you will never get back on it.
