Ok, I'm running my server now and starting to get some new players...I want to set up ranks where certain levels can get certain items and privileges. For example, I don't want a noob rank getting his butterfingers on a nuke and take out the whole map but I as an admin, still want access "just in case." Or limit certain rm and dm to certain donor ranks, but leave the field wide open for admins... I can't quite get my grasp on how to limit or ban items with PEX, worldguard, worldedit, and a few other things. Here's my permission file(I edit with note++):
