Its funny because, when I google my exact issue, this topic is first on the list. So if you know where the fix is or how to update how about you toss a link up to help people? Does anyone, more helpful, know where I can either place this file, or update.

Whats the best job type plugin to accommodate chestshop? IS their anything better than chestshop. And do all versions of chestshop work with tekkit? My server players are rioting for an admin shop lol.

Yeah it took a day and a half to realize haha Now Im just having an issue with my config file not saving and reverting to default.

Maybe Im just dumb and I didnt pay attention to the file. I was using the wrong version. Sorry about that, thanks for your time. Sucks being a noob still learning haha.

No errors at all. You cant even try to claim thats the thing. I as admin can do /adminclaim and the messages will pop up. But the shovel is uselss and clicking does nothing. All / commands work but you either get an error for having no commands or its an admin message just telling you you are in adminclaims. You can't actually do anything.

The server is only 5-6 days old so I was using 3.1.2 the entire time and the plugin was working at the time. Im pretty new to plugins(Friends and I never used them on private server I had) So I dont know if I need something else to make this particular one work. Everything else works. Essentials,Tree assist, LWC. Everything but this one.

I had some issues yesterday with griefprevention commands working, but not the tools being able to make claims. Placing a chest would also not make your starter claim. When you pull out the gold_spade it asks you to watch a demo at a specific link normally. No message appears now. I downloaded the newest griefprev. into new server files and launched a fresh world. And still nothing. This might be a complete noob thing but am I missing a update to something server side? Should I be using another plugin now in conjunction with griefprevention? Any help would be great. I really do love having the plugin.

I did that. I did a complete fresh re install of everything. I knew I had lost previous claims. Just now the tools dont work.

Yes. Could any other plugins interfere with it? When it got all messed up I installed LWC for some sort of protection while it was down. As well as world guard (but their /region define command isnt working so its useless)

Im running about the same with an i52500k at 3.8 and I have 0 issues.

I may have screwed something up... I shut down my server, changed the config file for grief prev. to let people use a wood shovel instead of a gold one. I reverted back to default config and all the claims are gone and the shovel doesnt even give you the option to start a claim. Nor does placing a chest. Any idea whats up? thanks.

I have 2 issues if anyone could give a hand. 1. My Grief protection config wont stick. No matter what I change or what I do it just reverts to default once I launch the server. 2. How can I set permission in chop tree so anyone can use it?

Well it made a like a dome if you were standing on a flat surface instead of making the sphere if you were standing on like a stack of cobblestone or something. Thanks though Ill check it out.

Can anyone recommend a plugin to make spheres/half spheres? I had one about a year back but can't remember the name of it.

I went ahead and installed Essentials instead. Truthfully I didnt know their was a difference >.< and thanks for the info on the sub divisions>

Im using 3.1.2 So far Im only using Grief Prevention http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/grief-prevention/ and easyessentials http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/easyessentials/ I also just recieved the same error message while trying to use /lookup which is an essentials command as well I believe.

When I try to OP them I get "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command."

Xylord I think you are my sensei haha thanks so much. EDIT: I get an error message when I try to op buildcraft and industrialcraft "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command" Just full of issues today :P

Im having a similiar issue. ever since I installed easy essentials my quarry wont work. Any suggestions?

I've been out the loop as far as plugins go for about a year now. I have been browsing bukkit but I was hoping some here could give me more specifics on plugins I might want. I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to take the time to mention a few plugins for what I have in mind? This is a survival server and I don't want to ban any items. i.e. EE I do not wish to allow anyone to fly using any /command or item other than allowed crafted items. I am using Grief Protection but I couldn't find out anywhere if what is protected inside that frame is also protected below the plot. (Protecting personal quarry walls or dig sites) and if not is their a plugin that will allow that? I have my personal home and "workshop partly under ground. Also, what plugin allows me to as the server owner to set the players initial spawn point? I've also seen several servers where a command /kit gives the player starting gear. I think this would be great for claiming land using Grief Protection. If someone could point me in the direction of that id be much obliged. So again, any help would be great and appreciated from this noob Any other plugin recommendations would be great as well. Cheers.
