  1. With lasers you can waste 20k RF/t. If you want a cheaper method of wasting energy, use lava fabricators and void pipes Turbines seem to produce most at around 1840 RPM. For those with water/steam logistics problems: You can build reactor and turbine adjacent to each other with the coolant/fluid ports touching for instant full transfer. Best is to finish the turbine(s) first, then configure the ports from inside the reactor.
  2. You'd think Galacticraft would have the whole air lock thing down by now... Description: Exception ticking world java.lang.IllegalStateException: TickNextTick list out of synch at net.minecraft.world.WorldServer.func_72955_a(WorldServer.java:570) at net.minecraft.world.WorldServer.func_72835_b(WorldServer.java:197) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.func_71190_q(MinecraftServer.java:657) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.func_71217_p(MinecraftServer.java:587) at net.minecraft.server.integrated.IntegratedServer.func_71217_p(IntegratedServer.java:129) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.run(MinecraftServer.java:484) at net.minecraft.server.ThreadMinecraftServer.run(SourceFile:583) when walking through an air lock between a sealed room and the rest of the moon. Will we ever see working air locks in tekkit? Might just be best to get rid of them E: Actually sealed room, air lock, regular ol' room, air lock, moon
  3. Sadly I have encased the whole thing in a two block thick wall of reinforced stone... for the most part. The fake building and most of the mountain stayed intact, it was mostly the floor and a lot of the wiring that got blown off below (at least the siren directly below the reactor survived it :D) I tried adding nukes on pistons for effect, but they randomly went off before the reactor did and took me down to a couple hearts for some reason..
  4. I put the door against the wall, then put a lever on the other side (behind the sign) that gives it a constant signal, "opening" it so it closes the room. Since it's already receiving a signal, the other lever does nothing but fire off a single signal that starts the process of inevitable doom.
  5. If you've got the resources to waste and don't want it to be reusable, I present you: Oh shoot it's a trap, no wait it isn't, that's odd. Wait, what's going on now? Oh no, nononononononononono. Should take care of those pesky heptumsuiters too! In retrospect I should probably have made it push a couple nukes out of the floor for good measure :D
