As it turns out, it did place the cannons, but they didn't show up until I had relogged. Perhaps it's an issue with the server?

This morning I updated tekkit and the server and whatnot, and lo and behold: Balkan's weapons mod! However, as I'm sure you've figured, I encountered an issue with cannons. It appears that upon placing a small amount of cannons (completely accidentally), I was incapable of placing more, and my map would no longer load past a certain point (though I doubt that's related). I'm sure one of you lovely forum-goers might have some knowledge that pertains to my particular dilemma. I was so very excited about cannons too... Here's hoping I can get this problem solved soon. My apologies if this has been brought up before, as well as for the wall of text.
