How to add forestry to tekkit?
DeliciousJaffa replied to Klausar's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
Buildcraft themselves are so called 'offical' releases where they won't be as many bugs. Where as the porters are using the source code to make a bukkit port and tend not to know the ins and outs of the code so typically more bugs. -

it's not released by the official buildcraft team however, it's released by someone who ported it with permission. -

Tekkit uses buildcraft 2 as there isn't a buildcraft 3 release for servers, just use the latest forestry version which is for minecraft 1.2.5 -

Technic Launcher campaign (make a offline virsion)
DeliciousJaffa replied to rg2001's question in Technic Launcher
I'm a idiot who thinks pirating is legal and everyone should bow down infront of me and do what I ask! Sorry, that was my point of view on the OPs "campaign" But as someone said further up, you shouldn't even be playing minecraft without buying it so why do you think the team will waste time modifying the launcher so people who haven't payed would be able to play! It's like demanding a product from a store for free (LITERALLY). Eg: I walk into an apple store and demand they give me the newest iPad; of course they'll just hand it over. -

Make sure the tekkit.jar is named "craftbukkit.jar" for McMyAdmin to load it
