hello there i think my problem is a corrupted item in my inventory? anyways could you please delete my character file so i can try and log on again? my character name is the same as the my name on here

hello i have been trying to get on and for some reason i can get on for a second before it crashes on me. i don't know if it is me or the server but if i could get any help or advise on how to fix this problem i would greatly appreciate it. the only reason why i'm asking on this is because this is the server it's happening on.
