What one of the files is the forg log? Never been in need to use it in any way

jdk1.7.0_21, jre7 I find this to files inside: C:\Program Files\Java Is this correct`? Installed the update.

I believe i got the right link now! Lets hope this solves the issue, else i will check the forge log :)

tried downloading from here: http://www.java.com/sv/download/manual.jsp Did not work. Well it still says i have 1.7.0

I have 64 bit java. Is it different versions?

Everytime my server reaches more then 2 players from outside the network. My downloadspeed gos down from 1 mbit/s to 4 mbit/s. My normal speed is 18 mbit/s downloadspeed (I can go up to 30 mbit/s). This only happens when runing a tekkit server. This dose not happen when i host vanilla or Tekkit Classic/Tekkit Lite server. What is wrong or what am I doing wrong? Sorry for the bad english :p
