Added the VoteRestart pluggin - if no mods are around, players can restart if things get slow.

Spawn has been built, rentable plots for player shops have been set up, and 4 unique and thematic parkour maps have been built (with prizes upon completion) Screenshots coming soon.

Added the Jobs pluggin so you can earn currency. Added a basic item shop. Looking for builders for the spawn. Apply to Canadianz in game. Helps if you build something impressive before applying.
