What it says on the tin, trying to play in offline mode but attempting to launch any modpacks will result in an error window popping up saying "error downloading a file for the following pack:(insert modpack here). Failed to get Mojang JRE information. Please consult the mod author." This only happens in offline mode, launching while using my phone's hotspot has no issues.
