Graphics are being weird when in older modpacks

I would, but unfortunately I'm not the admin for my PC. -
I've experienced the same problem on Hexxit and several other modpack in this version and below. It's so weird.

The graphics look funny when I run older modpacks, even on smoother settings. Here's a video of me running Hexxit to show you what I'm talking about. Any tips on how to fix?
