You need to reduce the amount of memory allocation for minecraft only. This warning is for you make available more memory to the operational system. Try to reduce to 6 gb, is more than enough to many technic modpacks

I guess technic launcher is only for java version. Bedrock is kinda incompatible with mods (only if you buy them via Microsoft Store)

In my opinion, hexxit for rpg/exploration and tekkit 2 for tech and creativity

i could find 1.2.3, but not 1.2.5. I beliave that the reason is because is not a stable version, or not a version with many mods as other. But, anyway, try to search for "1.2.3" on launcher or website, sure you'll find something.

could be a server config. Maybe some sort to don't lag ?
