This may sound stupid, but should I extract the files (the .class ones) from SomeMod.rar into modpack.rar, or should I just move SomeMod.rar right into modpack.rar? I've been trying to get the XP tomes for Mystcraft and they don't work.

Tekkit loads up as vanilla for me, but Technic still works. I think it's because of this. Also following.

My Tekkit launcher recently went all white screen on me even before the Mojang title screen went up. I was playing in offline mode, so I thought maybe connecting to the internet would fix it. I connected, ran Tekkit and recieved a notice about a new update to Spoutcraft. I thought maybe this was why my Tekkit wasn't working (stupid me) so I updated. After the update, all my Tekkit-items and blocks (basically all the mod-items) were gone. I had vanilla minecraft, but forge and optifine were still there. My question is: if I ever fix this, will I be able to reload that world and get all my tekkit-items back? Or have I ruined that save?
