(beginner, fair, adept, etc) I would say beginner but willing to learn quickly. Why do you want to play on the server? As stated in an above application this kind of mod isn't exactly suited to be played alone. What do you think you'd like to do if you are accepted? Hopefully try to start a small town or community with a centralized power station, and then from there slowly build and expand.
