This is the wrong topic, but update your Technic Launcher. If its a .exe file (windows) then it should update it automatically. Anyways, go on and download the new version on the site.

This is a problem with Forge, download the latest version and drop the files into the Voltz.jar It still has a load error about not finding the latest version but it loads up and works.

I had the same problem before loading up bukkit servers, try reinstalling java... It worked for me.
