What are the launch.bat's settings, such as the Xms___Kb/G?

How exactly do you get the server.jar? In the launch.bat, what do you currently have set for it's settings. Such as the Xms___Kb/G?

Can you please fix the lag. Me and my friends like this server, but we keep lagging and getting kicked and lagging and it keeps repeating. Please fix it. We like this and it's starting to piss us off to the point of leaving.

I hate most people on here. They've taken my reactor stuff and my condenser full of diamonds. I can't wait till I find out who did it.
