Please read the top 3 pinned posts before posting a bug. Solution to your problem is here. He's wrong. There is something else happening here that is not launcher related. Does it crash midway through a window that says FML is setting up your environment (or something along those lines)? Are you using double clicking on the technic_launcher.command to start the launcher? Also, check the new thread. I added pictures. You might see where you went wrong.
