Launcher Version: 1.3.5 Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium Java Version: 1.7 Antivirus Program: Description of Problem: Well i just wanted to post that i have found how to fix this problem, AFTER TWO DAYS. For some reason, the Technic Launcher .exe just stopped working out of nowhere for many windows 7/ vista users. What you have to do is this: 1. open up your start menu 2. in the search bar, type "%appdata% 3. Click on the "Roaming" Folder. 4. Delete The ".Technic Folder" (Note: YOU WILL LOSE ALL SAVED DATA) 5. Use Firefox to re-download the .Jar File from www.technicpack.net 6. Move the .Jar file from your "downloads" Folder onto your desktop. 7. PLAY! I am sorry to say that you won't be able to use the .Exe launcher anymore but you SHOULD be able to use the .Jar file whenever. All the mods work with the .Jar folder as well, i have just tried them all. Error Messages: CREDITS: me. Error Log:

i have already done everything in my power to try and fix this problem. i've searched google forever, gravedug these forums in the past and have pmmed the higher ups. Just because it works fine for you, dosen't mean it's as easy as 1-2-3 for everyone else.

im using 32 bit as well and it still dosen't work for me

Alot of people, including myself is experiencing this same problem but unfortunately we have no solutions.. We're just going to have to wait until a dev comes on.

^ same, jar won't work either. I believe it has something to do with the launcher itself and needs to be fixed via the owner.

Im having the same exact problem but unfortuately i haven't found the solution anywhere yet.

On the dowload page, click on the windows download (the very first one out of the 3 choices). Don't download the .jar unless you're using firefox because if you're using windows internet explorer it will download as a .ZIP file.

Also I have tried the .Jar File and it works except for when i click login, it brings me that error message ^. I have also tried disabling my firewall/ allowing technic in. Also im not an idiot and i have the latest version of java downloaded and no antivirus, i use a program to periodically scan my system (which dosen't block anything without my knowing).
