I went in and replaced the 3.0.4 railcraft mod with the one from 3.0.3. No idea if there is a difference in mods or if it was just slightly corrupted, either way this was the fix.

Never used the reload command, and have restarted the server in an attempt to fix it. Unfortunately no joy. Trying to craft the rolling machine is the only mod that causes me any issues.

Have both renamed the railcraft mod, and removed the file, and still cannot craft the rolling machine. Thoughts? EDIT - When I try to craft the rolling machine, it flashes briefly in the crafting table output and then disappears. It cannot be crafted at all with CT3, and when I try to spawn it in manually with NEI it crashes the client. EDIT 2 - This is with server 3.0.4.

The better question is, why not?

If the quarries are in the spawn area they will not work due to spawn protection. Even if players have spawn build/destroy rights, it won't help because it is the machine attempting to modify the spawn.

Same issue here.
