first place to look is any firewalls you have running to make sure they are not blocking it, i would also suggest loading a server locally on your computer and trying a connection another thing to try and connecting from a different computer at the place you are having the issues with, if you can connect from a different local pc then you know the problem lies with yours, if you still are unable to connect it may be an issue with your internet and/or router or modem

have you tried to connect to another server to see if you get the same error?
-
what freezes the client you are connecting with or the server?
-
the id conflict stopping the server is with enderchest and EE i would suggest changing the one in EE instead of enderchest and give it another try now you can copy all the files and configs from a working server over but i would suggest you have it generate new worlds if you take this route
-
try doing a fresh install and run it, make sure it starts up then add the additional mods you have one at a time starting it up after each one to see if it is being done by one of the additional mods you are using

welcome to the fun of setting up a server, id conflicts happen and you just have to go in and change each one, and sometimes they are missed on server start up which will cause crashes latter when one of the items is attempted to be crafted, all you can do is go over the configs and change the numbers, dont just delete them change them to another number

what OS you running it on? double check your port forwarding are you trying to use any vpn? (such as hamachi)

what is your version of java and an error log would be helpful

10.0.0.1 would not even been in his ip range since in the op screen shot a 192.168.1.* address is used, and he would only need to specify if he wanted the server to bind to a specific adapter or address not saying that you could not have those two esisting in the same physical network, but it does require additional iptable information and when i have seen those together before a vpn was in use

04:23:47 [sEVERE] java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Slot 178 is already occupied by ee.BlockEETorch@4e9fd887 when adding codechicken.enderstorage.BlockEnderChest@6040af64[0m you need to adjust your configs to get rid of item conflicts

i have seen a fix floating around that fixes the cordinate problem but i do not remeber where and i did not give it a try but it is out there
-
second line from the top, could be a hint
-
i would guess it has to do with minecraft name verification and the server having that set to true
-
when you enter the end you arrive at the same cordinates that you were at in the overworld, just make your way to 0, 0, 64 and you will find the ender island

update java

post your server log are you hosting on the same computer you are trying to connect from or is it a different machine?
-
first thing try to full disable the windows firewall and then try a connection again, if you are able to connect then you know it is a problem with the firewall itself you may also want to try and make an exception in the firewall for the server itself and not just a port you should be able to connect using your outside ip if things are forwarded correctly and no firewall is blocking you

[Solved!!]Cannot launch server for the first time!
Magister replied to Roborooskie's question in Tekkit Classic
as i said try taking the ! out of your path, if you tried googling the first line of your error you would have found this http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/server-crash-instantly-help.99285/ a link to a bukkit forum where they have the exact same output for errors if that does not work for you then move the entire folder with corrected name to the root of your c:\ drive and try running it, that will rule out any issue with directory structure. -
when you enter the end you arrive at the same cordinates that you entered from the overworld or there around. the island in the end will be at cordinates 0,64,0 fly over and you will find it

[Solved!!]Cannot launch server for the first time!
Magister replied to Roborooskie's question in Tekkit Classic
try remove the "!" from the file path for your server location and rename the folder to match C:\Users\Roborooskie\Desktop\Server stuff\Tekkit server!>"C:\Program Files\Java\ -
i have had this problem before except with a wooden tool. for me it was being caused by another item with the same id, look at all the mod configs for anything that has the same id as the items causing the problem.
-
the shovel would be sharing an item id with something else, you need to look in the other mods config files and find the item that is causing the conflict and the part of the error refering to not in gzip i have seen when said item with a duplicate ID is in a chest that someone is trying to access
