It's a Sphax modification, not sure if it's available as a separate ZIP but it should be relatively easy to put together. Search Sphax patches for the different mods in the Voltz pack.

Out of curiosity, are you updating the original link early on page 2, or are you waiting for a finished release? I love you for doing this, by the way--Summerfields is literally my favorite pack. ^_^
