Yeah I think it is :/ I did find a fix but its annoying. If you exit of Kaspersky as a whole then go onto a server then put it back on you can connect. Its kind of a neuissence but it works

I even just redownloaded it. It still does the problem. Like it will say checking for newest version or something like that then it says Technic Launcher and won't load past that. Btw, what do you mean by the JAR. I have like no files in the .tekkit launcher file even.
