Mod select isn't working

I need some help the yogbox lags alot for me and I think it would help to turn off some mods but the mod select isnt working so Im not able to do so and so that the problem can anyone help?

You need to select a program to open .cfg files with. Otherwise you could just open Modloader.cfg and select from there.

Im trying to open the Modloard.cfg but it doesnt work hmm

Make sure technic isnt still open, otherwise the file might be locked.
