How to install 1.14 to my launcher

You do realize those are the source code files for the launcher, not Tekkit 1.1.4, right?

I wanted these files to make my launcher 1.14 so I can connect to Tekkit servers, am I doing it wrong? Haha

You don't need the launcher to run Tekkit 1.1.4.

After all, 1.1.4 came before the launcher.

So if a server is running Tekkit 1.14 and I'm on Technic Pack 2.0, I can still connect to it? Sorry if I didn't make my intentions originally clear

You need to be running Tekkit 1.1.4 Client in order to connect to a Tekkit 1.1.4 server.

... You need 1.1.4, to connect to a 1.1.4 server. 1.1.4 is not on the launcher, because it came before the launcher. So you need to install 1.1.4, the normal way you used to install, before the launcher.
