Requesting Skype help to build a modpack

I am respectfully requesting the assistance of anyone that has enough time to teach me how to make my own modpacks and install them onto a local server. I have watched countless tutorials, read wiki pages, and even the beginners guides that I have found all over this site and others and I am still lost as hell. 

 

If there is anyone that can spare the time to teach me, and help me build this pack, I would appreciate it. I don't just want it done, I want to learn. Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime.

You are in luck. There is a whole forum section dedicated to custom modpacks and their creation. And another one where the mod basics are discussed.
