Map issues

[Amethyst Moon]

My map is stupid. Every time I come on the game, it loses where I have been and forgets my waypoints. I tried poking around in the settings but didn't see an option that seemed like it might fix it.

are you playing on single or multi player? if your on a multi server and the ip or port changes your set points and such will change.
