Go into control panel, uninstall a program (or add or remove programs) wait for a bit for it to load, then sort the programs by name, and go down to j java should be there. if it says java 8 .... then uninstall it and install the java you find here Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Take all issues to the tracker, and make sure to include >crash logs to enable diagnosis. Giving support on Discussion is against the >rules.
