Launcher Crashes Durring Gameplay

I have finally got the laucher to work, and load a world, but it still won't let me play. I can pull up a world, and it will go for 2-5 seconds, then the whole program will crash. No error window, just a flat-out crash. I have maximized my RAM, I have a very new, FAST computer; I have optimized the program to run very minimal, but it still crashes. No matter how hard I try to get it to run faster.

That's not the log we need. Go back to the report format sticky, it will tell you how to find the right log.

I see two glaring problems right off the bat though.

1)you need to manually update your java, you have java 6, you need java 7.

2)You have Norton. Unless you're one of the magical handful who know how to set up an antivirus properly, you should get something else. Avast! and Microsoft Security Essentials work perfectly with almost no fiddling. Norton has a tendency to block the launcher.

I have been having the same problem. When I open my inventory, it crashes. I uninstalled Norton, but It still crashes. I also definitely have java 7.

I ha been happily using the launcher quite frequently without any errors until Wednesday. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) It's not the same problem if uninstalling Norton isn't fixing it, is it? Post a bug report.

2) You have Java 7. He had Java 6. Nope, still not the same problem. Post a bug report.

3) What have you changed since Wednesday? Post a bug report.

4) Do you have a launcher log? That would go...in that bug report you need to post. :)
