Help!

I just got tekkit very recently. I got it so I could play a server on tekkit called tekkro. I tried launching tekkit, and I just restarted the program, then a tried launching minecraft on the technic launcher and on multiplayer entered the server address and it did not work either.

 

Whats wrong?

Are you sure you are using the correct technic modpack? There are many: Technic classic, tekkit, big dig, and there are also custom modpacks. If the server is using a custom modpack, then follow these steps to install it:

 

1. Find the modpack page, like this one: http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/official-crafting-dead-mod.41792

 

2. Copy the modpack URL below the name and picture, like this: http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/official-crafting-dead-mod

 

3. Open the technic launcher and scroll through the modpacks on the left until you find "Add modpack". Then paste the URL in and click "Add". Then find it on the left and click "Play".

Will someone plz help me? Whenever i try to play singleplayer it spawns me in a world with no buildings. If anyone out there has any suggestions like a seed or something i dont know plz help.

You need to provide the link to the mod pack you are trying. You should also try another one of the mod packs.
