Forge 1.8 - Missing libraries

I create an issue report here but it was rejected.
 

Title: Forge 1.8 - Missing Libraries.
Type of Bug: Launcher Bug.
Video / Screenshot of the incident: Console
Reproduction rate: 10/10
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 1.8 modpack with Forge 1.8
2. Start it
3. Watch console

Expected result: Modpack should start
Observed result: Nothing start + error in console
Logs: 1

 
I also found this issue on Minecraft Forge Tracker.

 

There is a fix?

This really looks like a Launcher issue and the Forge issue tracker seems to support that. Seems like the Technic Launcher needs to be updated to deal with Forge for 1.8.
