How to add a mod to another modpack ??

So first of all, im sorry if this is in the wrong section ( it probably is ).

 

BUT, i just got a new modpack without WorldEdit, but i really wanna add worldedit, the problem is just i dont know how..

Can someone tell me fast just what to do?

I don't understand why people apologize for putting posts in the wrong section, but go ahead and do it anyway instead of at least trying to figure out what section it's supposed to go in.
