attack of the bteam server not working

i am trying to make a server, but every time i try to launch the server file it provides me with a file called ForgeModLoader-server-0. this happens every time i try it. below is the line that seems to screw it over. any help is thanked.

Maybe just a "teensy" bit of more information would help us resolve the issue. Please provide your full ForgeModloader-server-0 file in a pastebin or download link.

You need to add the legacyjavafixer-1.0.jar to your server's /mods/ folder.
