Description of Problem: when i try and open it there is a error and sometimes it won`t open ?

I really don't understand how stupid you can be. Here's a noob-proof (hopefully) tutorial on how to get your latest log file on Windows 7!

1. Open your start menu, put %appdata% in the search box and press return enter.
   
2. Open the .techniclauncher folder.
   
3. Open the logs folder.
   
4. Find the log file ending in _0, not _1, not _2. But 0. If you still can't find it, open launcher_0.
   
5. Go to http://pastebin.org/ (Don't ask for a link, just click it).
   
6. Open the log, press ctrl + A then make sure it's all selected.
   
7. Press ctrl + C, it is now copied!
   
8. Go to pastebin (link above) and click inside the bigggg box and press ctrl + V
   
9. Now click submit and tell us the URL! The URL is the address at the top of your browser.

Okay, look. Make sure you have only Java 7 installed. Delete anything to do with Technic, re-download and try again.

Nope, those are fine. The problem is that you have WinRAR linked to .jar files. Right-click on that file in your .techniclauncher folder and hit "Run with Java"

Go into Video Settings and change your render distance. Next time use the search bar, please.
