Technic Launcher Won't Open

Operating System: Windows 7 on an Acer Aspire 7551G-7459

Java Version: Version 7 Update 5

Antivirus Program: When I try to launch the Technic Launcher it says "Can't Find Java Directory." and then closes.

When I try to launch the Technic Launcher it says "Can't Find Java Directory." and then closes.

Error Messages:

Can't Find Java Directory.

For example, if you had bothered to read the common problems and solutions thread, you would have found the answer to your woes at the bottom of the sticky thread whose name is in all caps and is impossible to miss.
